Sauce Filling Line

Suitable for low viscosity, paste, thick slurry with soft particles, liquid filling ideal equipment, jam, sauce, peanut butter, tomato sauce, bean paste, chili sauce, shrimp paste, apple sauce, salad dressing, caviar and so on can be filled.

Pepper sauce filling line is suitable for high viscosity, paste, thick sauce belt particles, liquid filling. Jam, sauce, peanut butter, tomato sauce, sauce, bean paste, chili sauce, shrimp sauce, apple jam, salad dressing, caviar, hot sauce can be filled.
The series is a semi-automatic double piston paste filling machine, reasonable design, compact model, easy to operate, pneumatic parts are using Taiwan Airtac, Shako pneumatic components. The equipment is composed of automatic high-precision filling machine (normal pressure), automatic bottle bottling machine and so on.
Material contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel materials, in line with GMP requirements.
There is a filling volume adjustment handle, filling speed can be arbitrarily adjusted, filling accuracy is high. Filling stuffy head using anti-drip, anti-drawing and lifting filling device. Automatic conveyor, no bottle is not filled. The hopper is equipped with an adjustable speed stirring device to make the material more evenly filled.
